As we accept both international and domestic orders in Japan, processing may take longer than usual during periods of high order volume.
Please also note that shipping may take longer during Japanese holidays, consecutive holidays, and busy periods.

International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) or Standard Air Mail.
- EMS : Fast international shipping with tracking included.
- Standard Air Mail :A more affordable option for packages weighing up to 2 kg, with tracking included. Delivery generally takes longer than EMS.

We cannot determine or guarantee the amount of customs duties or taxes that may be charged in the destination country.
Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive the package, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.

Orders Over 5 kg
Currently, international shipping rates are available for orders weighing up to 5 kg.
For orders over 5 kg, a shipping fee of JPY 999,999 will be displayed at checkout.
The actual shipping cost will be calculated separately based on the order and destination.
